LockStock docs

Overview

AI search and an AI consultant for your online store, added with one script tag.

LockStock adds two things to your store:

  • AI search. Shoppers type the way they talk — «ноутбук для учёбы до 60 тысяч, чтобы долго держал заряд» — and get products filtered by what they meant. The recognised conditions show as filter chips they can remove.
  • An AI consultant in a chat panel. It helps choose, compares products, checks availability in your stores and hands the conversation to your staff when needed.

Before the general release

These docs describe the integration for the pilot. The consultant chat is still being built: its button and panel already appear, answers arrive with the pilot. Settings described as made «in the dashboard» are applied by your LockStock contact until the dashboard opens.

How it fits together

  1. Your catalog reaches us from your YML feed, or from your server through the push API. Prices, stock and specs always come from it.
  2. The widget is one script on your pages. It attaches to your search box or to our <lockstock-search> tag, and adds the consultant button.
  3. Your own search page and cart stay in charge. The add-to-cart button calls your cart, and if AI search cannot answer, shoppers land on your usual results.

What we guarantee

Your site keeps working

If LockStock is slow or unavailable, your own search and pages work exactly as before. The widget never changes your page's styles or scripts.

Facts come from your catalog

Prices, availability and specs shown to shoppers are taken from your catalog, never written by the AI.

No personal data to the AI

Names and phone numbers entered in the widget go straight to your store's requests and never reach the AI model or our logs.

Your brand

The widget takes your colours, font and corner radius. See Branding.

Pages and fields marked experimental may change before the general release. Everything else is stable: we only add to it, and announce anything we would remove well in advance.
